Even if Jan Skarbek was confused about the distinction between terminating an employee and terminating a contract, it then becomes difficult to explain how the contact termination email contains no reference of any kind to me having stolen from Skramsoft; though it does attack my professional competence and personal integrity in other ways. I don't take these attacks personally as my analysis indicated that Jan Skarbek was anticipating legal action and was attempting to lay the foundation for a legal defence. I had at that time made no threat of legal action.
